the location provided easy access to the train station and public transport options. the room included a comfortable bed, promoting restful sleep. i found the free ice machine quite useful . the staff was helpful when i needed directions.
The parking fee seemed a bit high. I think a fixed rate would be more convenient.

the reception staff provided helpful information, mainly regarding local directions. coffee was available for purchase anytime near the reception area. staff members were quick to address requests efficiently.

the hotel is conveniently located near the main train station. access to guest floors required key cards, i found it secure. breakfast offered a good variety.

the hotel location is GREAT near both train and tram stations. my ROOM was clean. i found breakfast ok even with a basic choice. the location is also IDEAL for city sites and attractions. it's just a short walk.
the reception staff was unhelpful. i needed to ask FOR vouchers, a real inconvenience. i never did get an invoice for the stay, even after asking! the staff couldn't provide it, and now the hotel refuses to acknowledge it!
